The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the investigation continues into a car crash fatality early Saturday about two miles north of Hartshorn.
The county prosecutor is expected to review the case to see if charges are warranted.
Jennifer N. Morgan, 23, was the driver in the accident that claimed the life of a Bucyrus woman, Natalie M. Gaston Morgan. 28.
Services for Morgan are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bucyrus Baptist Church.

A crash early Saturday morning claimed the life of a Bucyrus woman.
Tpr. Logan Elliott of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Natalie M. Gaston, 28, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 3 a.m. crash on Highway KK about two miles north of Hartshorn.
She was a passenger in a 1995 Ford Explorer traveling northbound that ran off the road and overturned. The patrol said the victim was ejected from the vehicle.
The driver, Jennifer N. Morgan, 23, of Hartshorn, sustained serious injuries and was flown to St. John’s Hospital in Springfield. A passenger, Chyann M. White, 23, of Mountain View, was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Mountain View.
Elliott said no one was wearing a seat belt.
