The husband of a Hartshorn woman killed in a February accident and his two children are seeking damages for wrongful death, according to court documents.
Jackson C. Morgan and his two children filed the suit March 13 in Texas County Circuit Court against the driver of the vehicle, Jennifer Morgan, 24, of Hartshorn.
Natalie M. Gaston, 28, was a passenger in a car that crashed on Highway KK about two miles north of Hartshorn.
Mrs. Morgan was charged with DWI, according to the patrol.
