Due to a realignment of USDA Rural Development offices in Missouri, responsibility for delivering single-family housing loan, grant and loan guarantee programs in Laclede and Webster counties has been shifted from the USDA office in Lebanon to Houston.
Rural Development Area Specialist Karla Frey and Area Technician Melanie Stewart are the contact persons for the delivery of loan, grant, and loan guarantee programs in Laclede, Texas, Webster and Wright counties.
Persons interested in USDA Rural Development programs may contact the Houston office at: USDA Service Center, 6726 S. U.S. 63, Suite B, Houston, Mo. 65483 or calling 417-967-2028. A representative from that office will also be at the USDA Service Center in Lebanon the first and third Thursday of each month from 10 a.m. until noon to meet with persons in that area.
