A Summersville woman is charged with involuntary manslaughter and assault related to a February accident that killed one.
Jennifer D. Morgan, 24, of Summersville, is free on $50,000 bond.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Morgan was the driver of the vehicle that crashed on Highway KK about two miles north of Hartshorn. Natalie M. Gaston, 28, a passenger, was killed.
The patrol said Morgan was intoxicated at the time of the wreck.
