Two persons were injured in separate accidents Sunday in Texas County, reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
A motorcyclist was injured Sunday afternoon just south of Roby when his 2006 Harley Davidson failed to negotiate a curve, ran off the side of the road and overturned in a ditch.
Earl E. Howell, 35, of Qulin, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries, said Tpr. Terry Nelson.
A Licking woman was hurt Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash north of Houston, Nelson said.
Anita J. Ramsey, 50, was slowing to a make a turn about six miles north of Houston when her 1995 Mercury Sable was struck in the rear by a car driven by Kendra L. Devault, 19, of Rolla.
Ramsey was transported by private vehicle to TCMH.
Ramsey and Devault were both wearing seat belts, Nelson said. Devault was cited with following too closely.
