The Texas County Soil and Water Conservation will make a newly purchased 300-gallon trailer sprayer available to county farmers.
The unit is capable of spraying either with booms or with an attached hand sprayer. The rental fee is $40 per day or $50 per day with a foam marker.
The sprayer, which is installed on a trailer for easy pulling, will arrive by the end of May, said Kaven Keller, district technician.
