A Houston teenager escaped serious injury late Sunday afternoon in an accident involving a tractor, county authorities said.
Members of the Texas County Rescue Squad responded to Emery Road at Bucyrus to extricate Logan Taylor.
Authorities said Taylor was transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital following the accident and later transferred to a Springfield hospital for a thorough examination. He is recuperating at home.
