Texas County Memorial Hospital is sponsoring sport physicals for high school and middle school athletes from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, June 7, at the TCMH Family Clinic in Houston.
The physicals are $5 per athlete, and no appointment is necessary. The clinic is at 1335 S. Sam Houston Blvd., next to the hospital.
All athletes need to bring the MSHSAA form signed by a parent or guardian to the physicals. These forms are available through athletic coaches.
