One person is in custody following the discovery of marijuana growing near Tyrone, Texas County Sheriff Carl Watson said.
Several plants were found, and a woman was taken to the Texas County Jail. She was already on probation from an earlier offense, Watson said. She is expected to be charged with manufacture of the illegal plant, said Texas County Prosecutor Mike Anderson.
The plants were detected during an aerial surveillance.
