Houston police issued these citations this week:
-Charged Forrest N. Maxey, 66, of 805 Chestnut, with allowing his dog to run at-large on Feb. 27. He was cited on June 21 with operating an unlicensed motor vehicle on city roadway for purpose of transportation. Two days later, police wrote Maxey a ticket for the same offense.
-Charged Christal N. Spencer, 8453 Mineral Drive, with failure to register a motor vehicle (tags expired) and operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license on June 26.
