Robert “Bob” Dwayne Fulk, 76, son of Mack and Ethel Fulk, was born Sept. 28, 1931, at Stultz. He died Aug. 14, 2008, at Cox South in Springfield following a lengthy illness.
He grew up in the Grandview community, where he attended school.
As a young man, he worked with a construction crew on highways. He was a carpenter and farmer and talented welder, mechanic and carpenter.
He was an avid deer and turkey hunter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Edgar Fulk; and a sister, Lovene Fulk.
Surviving are his brother, Delbert Fulk of Houston; two sisters, Lavonne Lay of Broken Arrow, Okla., and Zella Mackey of Cabool.
Services were Aug. 18 at the Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kendall Ford officiating. Burial was in the Ozark Cemetery.
