A Houston man was injured early Saturday in a crash about eight miles east of Licking on Highway 32, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Richard W. Weeks, 23, faces several charges after he left the scene after his 1995 Honda Civic ran off the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned, said Tpr. Curtis Hubbs of the patrol.
Weeks was later taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston with moderate injuries. The vehicle was totaled. Hubbs said Weeks was not wearing a seat belt.
