Lorene Sullins, 83, daughter of Bill and Flossie Mae Holden Obermark, was born July 26, 1925, at Ashley Creek. She died Aug. 18, 2008, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond Sullins; and four brothers, Louie Obermark, Albert Obermark, Leeander Obermark and James Henry Obermark.
Surviving are her 10 children, Quie Sullins of Arnold, Shirley Young of DeSoto, Jimmy Paul Sullins of West Plains and Myrtle Sullins, Martha Sullins, Evaline Buckner, Joseph Ben Sullins, Bobby Dean Sullins, Ida Faye Medley and Polly Jane Richardson of Licking; three brothers, Lewis Obermark and Randy Obermark of Licking and Billy Obermark of Lebanon; five sisters, Louela Gozales of California, Leorina Barowski of Utah, Judy Lane and Linda Lane of Duke and Rosemary Mitchell of Springfield; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services were Aug. 20 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Rick Mosher officiating. Burial was in the Willhite Cemetery.
