A Rolla woman’s car ran off Highway 17 south of Houston on Saturday afternoon, struck a ditch embankment and overturned on its side, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Cpl. Curtis Haden said the driver, Marilyn E. Buchka, 49, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital by private vehicle. She had moderate injuries. Haden said she was not wearing a seat belt when the mishap occurred 10 miles southeast of Houston.
