A Houston man faces several charges following an accident early Monday north of Houston, reports the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Tpr. Myron Downey said a northbound vehicle driven by Larry L. Sillyman, 58, was attempting to make a left turn onto Highway E from US. 63 when it ran into a ditch.
Sillyman, who was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries, was cited on charges of DWI, careless and imprudent driving and having no insurance, Downey said.
