A retired Houston school teacher sustained injuries at about noon Sunday in an accident at U.S. 63 and Highway B, authorities said.
Verlene Swearengin, 76, was hurt in the mishap that turned her truck upside down. Her injuries are not serious.
Members of the Houston Police Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Texas County Rescue Squad and Houston Fire Department responded.
