Haylee Kell had 20 assists and Ashtin Vandiver had eight kills in the Lady Tigers’ 22-25, 25-23, 25-20 loss Thursday to Liberty.
Lauren Hoover and Vandiver had three aces apiece.
“Overall, the J.V. played one of their best matches of the season,” Houston coach Debbie James said.
