Tory Burgess was among three players in double figures with 14 points to lead the JV Lady Tigers past Stoutland 44-25 Thursday night.

Pierce scored 11 and Haylee Kell added 10 for Houston, which outscored Stoutland 31-10 in the second and third quarters after trailing 5-3 early.

On Saturday, Burgess led Houston with five points in a 47-22 loss at Licking.

Kelsey Adey, Jessica Herndon, Minaya Maddox and Elizabeth Hayes had four points each for Houston, which trailed 14-2 after the opening quarter.
