Haylee Kell had 10 points in the Houston JV Lady Tigers’ 33-29 loss Monday at Salem.

Jessica Herndon hit a pair of 3-pointers and scored eight points for the Lady Tigers, who rallied within striking distance after trailing 12-3 after the first quarter.

Kelsi Adey hit a triple and scored five points for Houston. Tory Burgess added three.

On Friday, Adey scored 12 points to lead the JV Lady Tigers past Norwood 31-18.

Herndon scored six points, and Shelbi Moore and Elizabeth Hayes added four points each for Houston, which out-scored Norwood 12-4 during a decisive second quarter and cruised to the victory.
