A Cabool man sustained moderate injuries in a crash Monday evening about one mile south of Houston on U.S. 63, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Marty Wiseman said a 1998 Ford driven southbound by Kathleen M. Ellison, 45, ran off the right side of the highway and struck a ditch. She was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
The vehicle sustained extensive damage, Wiseman said. Members of the Texas County Rescue Squad assisted.
It was the 15th injury on county highways in the last week.
