A Licking man was injured Monday afternoon when a vehicle slid off ice-covered Highway BB southwest of his hometown and struck a tree.
Roger E. Burgess, 42, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries following the crash. The driver, Stephanie S. Burgess, 42, was not injured, said Sgt. Jeff Kinder of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
