Houston’s annual Christmas food sampling contest – Taste of Christmas – drew crowds Saturday to downtown Houston.
Cooks prepared a variety of dishes, and customers voted for their favorites.

Dog treats, The Animal Shelter of Texas County: Patty Cheek, first, and judged by Sasha; Jan Squires, second, and judged by Crissy the Cocker from Louisiana; and Lori Cody, third, judged by Camper.
