Kenzie Scheets scored 13 points and Demi Pittman had 12 to lead the Houston eighth grade girls past Licking 44-37 Tuesday night.

Amber Sillyman had seven points and Alexa Ichord and Sadie Ashworth scored six each for the Lady Tigers, who outscored Licking 11-4 in the third quarter to build on their one-point halftime advantage.

SEVENTH GRADE: Alissa Bowlin scored 14 points in the Houston seventh grade girls’ 29-27 loss Tuesday.

The Lady Tigers, who defeated Licking in double overtime in their season opener, were 9-for-22 at the foul line.

Sierra Weaver had nine points for the Lady Tigers. Taylor Franklin and Tyanna Bisker scored two points apiece.
