James L. Jackson of Houston was the first patient in Texas County Memorial Hospital’s congestive heart failure program. His vitals are monitored by Kathy Carr, cardiac rehabilitation nurse manager, during a January session. Patients with congestive heart failure and a physician’s referral can take part in the program, which is administered by the TCMH Cardiac Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Departments.
