Five persons were injured – including three small children – in a wreck Friday night at Plato, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Tpr. Curtis Hubbs said a westbound 1999 Dodge van slowed to make a turn into a private drive when it was struck in the rear by a 1996 Ford operated by Ryan Q. Fields, 18, of Lynchburg.
The van’s driver, Jimmy J. Latham, 26, of Roby, and several Roby passengers were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital: Amanda J. Ashlock, 25; Aubrey Ashlock, 6; Andrew Latham, 4; and Noah Latham, 3. All had minor injuries, Hubbs said.
The accident occurred on Highway 32.
