Houston residents will see improvements to several streets in the city as part of the annual asphalt resurfacing program.

Pace Construction of West Plains was awarded a contract recently at a price of $68 a ton. Work is to be completed by May 29.

On the project list are:

*Holder Drive from U.S. 63 west about 1,140 feet.

*Remington Subdivision

*Halbrook Street.

*John Street.

*C.W. Harry Drive.

*About 530 feet into a new subdivision under construction off Oak Hill Drive.
