United Country Real Estate recently announced that United Country – Bartlett Real Estate in Houston has achieved the company’s Diamond Sales Award for 2008, which was earned by less than 10 percent of United Country’s nearly 675 offices coast-to-coast.
“Even though the economy has been rough, we’ve focused on the things we can control, like providing outstanding customer service and superior marketing programs,” said Dennis Bartlett, owner/broker. “Combined with the tools our home office provides and good, old-fashioned hard work, this strategy has allowed us to not just survive in today’s market but to thrive.”
In addition to their recognition for outstanding sales achievements, Bartlett Real Estate received a Listing Consistency Award and a Listing Proficiency Award for excellence in listing properties.
United Country also recognized two United Country – Bartlett Real Estate sales associates for their individual sales accomplishments in 2008. Sylvia Cowen and Stephen Hughes earned the Pinnacle Club Award.
