A Cabool family received injuries in a head-on crash Monday night on U.S. 60 at Fordland.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a pickup driven by 77-year-old Hanson B. Taylor was traveling westbound in the eastbound lane when he struck a vehicle operated by Alan J. Primanzon, 40, of Cabool. After impact, the Primanzon vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a ditch.
Primanzon and his passengers, Christina Primanzon, 32, and children, Jordan, 8; and Logan, 6, were all transported by ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. All had minor injuries except for Christina Primanzon, whose injuries were classified as moderate.
