Christi L. Gabel: Involuntary manslaughter- first degree- operate motor vehicle with criminal negligence in vehicular assault, second degree; operate vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury; possession of controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana.
Michael F. Schultz: Operate motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license/privileges revoked.
Brian W. Gantnier: Littering/abandon motor vehicle or trailer.
Orval K. Clark: Operate motor vehicle on highway without valid license, first or second offense.
Randy W. Smith: Operate motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license/privilege revoked; as owner, operate or authorize another to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility.
Frank J. Card: Operate motor vehicle on highway while driver’s license/privilege revoked.
Kristin G. Norris: forgery, two counts.
Job S. Boyle: Purchase/attempt to purchase or possession of liquor by minor.
Brian T. Mosiniak: operated vehicle on highway without valid license, first or second offense, possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana; unlawful use of drug paraphernalia; exceeded posted speed limit.
Charles Wilson: Assault, third degree – with physical injury, two counts.
Johnathan Ayers: Assault, third degree – with physical injury.
Ato Gates: Violence to an employee of Missouri Department of Correction or an inmate by an inmate; deliver/attempt to deliver/possess/deposit/ conceal gun/knife/weapon/other at correction facility, city/county jail or private prison/jail.
Sam Calmese: Deliver/attempt to deliver/possess/deposit/conceal gun/knife/weapon/other at correction facility, city/county jail or private prison/jail.
Timothy Simpson: Violence to an employee of Missouri Department of Corrections or to an inmate by an inmate.
Rickey Hopkins: Violence to an employee of Missouri Department of Corrections or to an inmate by an inmate, two counts; deliver/attempt to deliver/ possession/deposit/conceal gun/knife/weapon
other at correction facility, city/county jail or private prison/jail.
