A Licking man was seriously injured Wednesday night when his motorcycle collided with a pickup south of his hometown, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Sgt. Jeff Kinder said a 2009 Harley Davidson Road King motorcycle operated by Peter T. Rector, 56, turned into the path of a northbound truck driven by Heather D. Freeman, 15, of Licking.
The mishap occurred about three miles south of Licking on Highway 137.
Rector was flown from the scene to Cox South.
