Two Texas County residents were arrested early Thursday on various charges by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Officers arrested Andrew L. O’Daniel, 19, of Elk Creek; and Edward A. Shukis, 17, of Raymondville, at about 3:45 a.m.
Both were taken to the Texas County Jail.
O’Daniel was arrested on charges of peace disturbance, careless and imprudent driving and having no driver’s license.
Shukis was arrested on charges of peace disturbance, careless and imprudent driving, having no driver’s license, fleeing and speeding.
