Two Texas County residents were arrested early last Thursday by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on various charges.
Officers arrested Andrew L. O’Daniel, 19, of Elk Creek, and Edward A. Shukis, 17, of Raymondville, at about 3:45 a.m. Both were taken to the Texas County Jail.
O’Daniel was arrested on charges of peace disturbance, careless and imprudent driving and having no driver’s license.
Shukis was arrested on charges of peace disturbance, careless and imprudent driving, having no driver’s license, fleeing and speeding.
