A new pastor has assumed duties at Ozark Baptist Church east of Houston.
Dr. Larry Fackler came to the pastorate from Versailles, where he was the director of missions for 3 1/2 years with the Lamine Baptist Association.
He and his wife, Mary Ann, have two children, Timothy and Caleb.
Their ministry includes serving on the Missouri Baptist Convention executive board, its executive director search committee, as well as pioneer mission work and pastoral leadership for more than 25 years.
Situated at 17490 Ozark Road, the church’s Sunday School begins at 9:45 a.m. and worship service at 10:45 a.m.
