A Licking woman was arrested Sept. 28 in Phelps County, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Colleen M. Spry, 35, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant charging her with fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance and another Phelps County warrant alleging she stole a controlled substance.
She was transported to the Phelps County Jail at Rolla.
