A Cabool man was seriously hurt Monday night in an ATV crash four miles southwest of Cabool on Finley Road.
Allen R. Hamilton, 51, was taken by Texas County Memorial Hospital ambulance to Cox South in Springfield. The accident occurred, said Tpr. Dale Pounds, when the ATV went out of control and overturned, ejecting Hamilton and another man, Adam K. Haywood, 26, of Cabool.
Haywood is charged with driving while revoked, operating an ATV in a careless way endangering a person and operating an ATV on the highway without an operator’s license.
