Services for Elmer “Pap” McCoy, 83, are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, at Evans Funeral Home.
Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, at Evans Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Union Cemetery.
