Robert Wayne Hinkle, 47, died Friday, Dec. 25, 2009, at St. John’s Hospital in Berryville, Ark.
He was born Nov. 10, 1962, in Houston, son of Wesley Hinkle and Laura Garrett Jackson. He and Paula Sparks were married Nov. 20, 1987.
He loved dragons and was an avid dragon collector. He enjoyed spending time with his son playing video games. He loved the outdoors, hunting and helping friends or others in need.
He was preceded in death by his father; a grandmother, Alma Aldridge; and a grandfather, Thomas Hinkle.
Survivors include his wife, Paula of Green Forest, Ark.; a son, David Hinkle of Green Forest, Ark.; his mother, Laura Jackson of Success; three sisters, Teresa Lynn Hinkle of Wichita, Kan., Melissa Taylor of Crocker and Janice Jackson of Success; a special friend, Toni Martinez; and other relatives and friends.
Services were Tuesday, Dec. 29, at Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Pine Lawn Cemetery.
