Houston police arrested three motorists on DWI charges in the last week.
Officers:
-Charged Larry R. Barton, 63, of Salem, with DWI on Dec 31.
-Arrested Anthony J. Jones 48, of 1800 Highway B, with DWI, aggravated; operated motor vehicle on roadway while operator’s license revoked for points and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana on Jan. 1.
-Charged Zackery J. Kroll, 25, of Cabool, with DWI, disobeying an electric signal and failure to register a motor vehicle with the Missouri Department of Revenue on Dec. 27.
In other matters, police:
-Arrested Dustin E. Cross, 27, of 530 Florence St., on two counts charging him with criminal non-support of a child. He was held without bond on Dec. 28.
-Arrested Mistie D. Vance, 32, of Mountain View, on a Carter County warrant charging her as owner, operated or authorized another to operate a motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility. She posted a $300 cash bond on Jan. 1. Police questioned Vance after she had been sitting in the vestibule area at Houston Wal-Mart for several hours. She had been left by a boyfriend at a gas station.
-Arrested David Wolfe, 23, 403 N. Grand, Apt. 2, on Jan. 2 on a county warrant charging him with animal abuse.
