Merle Delane Hutsell, 37, of Linden, Texas, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010.
He was born Feb. 29, 1972, in Houston, son of Lonnie and Judy Hutsell.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Warren and Thelma Hutsell and Jasper and Clara Garrett of Houston.
Survivors include his wife, Christina Robertson Hutsell of Linden, Texas; two children, Kevin and Kaytrin; his parents; two brothers, Richard Hutsell of Linden, Texas, and Don Hutsell of Queen City, Texas; a sister, Susan Jester of Linden, Texas; and a number of other relatives.
Services were Friday, Jan. 22, at Tanglewood Missionary Baptist Church of Atlanta, Texas, with Pastor Gary McNatt officiating. Burial was in Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler.
