Three persons face charges following a traffic stop by law enforcement officers.
They were taken to the Texas County Jail on various changes, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
Those arrested:
*George T. Wilcox, 60, of Houston, with felony tampering with a motor vehicle and felony possession of a controlled substance.
*Robert J. Rowland, 43, of Winona; and Rebecca P. Martin, 46, both with felony tampering with a motor vehicle.
