The Houston Tiger Booster Club is hosting a 5-on-5 alumni basketball tournament Saturday, April 17, at Hiett Gymnasium.
All Houston High School graduates are invited to play. Men will play against men and women will face women. The number of games and tournament format will depend on the number of teams, according to booster president Jeff McNiell.
Cost is $20 per player and includes a T-shirt. Teams must be registered with McNiell by April 9. Money and T-shirt sizes should be included. Each team will be provided its own color T-shirts to wear during the tournament.
Teams may include a maximum of 10 players. The minimum is five players.
McNiell said games will be fullcourt and consist of two 20-minute halves. There will be a running clock until the final two minutes of the game.
