A Houston man received minor injuries when his vehicle traveled off Highway 17 east of his hometown and struck the ground.
Tpr. Logan Elliott of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Bruce A. Batchelor, 50, was traveling northbound when the accident occurred. Batchelor, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
Batchelor was arrested on DWI and having no operator’s license charges. He was released due to his injuries, according to a report.
