Houston’s annual swimming lessons will be held June 28 through July 2.

Under the direction of Trezha and Lexie Malam, there will be morning and evening lessons in four categories:

–Level 1: For those uncomfortable in water and do not put face in water. It is held in the kiddie pool. Morning classes are 11 a.m. until noon. Night classes are 6-7 p.m.

–Level 2: Swimmers who are comfortable in the kiddie pool and may put their face in the water. Classes are 10-11 a.m. and 7-8 p.m.

–Level 3: A class for those comfortable in the shallow end of the big pool. Sessions are 9-10 a.m. and 8-9 p.m.

–Swim team prep: Course is for those comfortable in deeper water and interested in learning competitive strokes and diving for swim team.

Lessons are for swimmers ages 3 and up. Cost is $22 per swimmer and $18 for additional family members. Registration begins one hour before each class at the pool.
