Texas County residents have one week to register to vote in time to participate in the August 3 Primary Election. To vote in the upcoming election, eligible residents must be registered to vote no later than Wednesday, July 7.

A mailed voter registration application must be postmarked by Wednesday, July 7, for a voter to be registered in time for the 2010 Primary Election. It is important to remember that updating voter registration information is required if a currently registered voter has moved or changed their name.
