Houston police are seeking charges against a 32-year-old man who they implicate in the April burglary of a Houston business.
Police said they are seeking charges of second-degree burglary and theft/stealing in connection with the incident at OK Tire on First Street.
Officers were called April 6 to the business, where a burglary occurred overnight. Robert L. Williams, manager, reported arriving at work and finding change strewn on the showroom floor.
Two window panes on the north side of the business was broken with rocks and the window unlocked.
A cash box secured with a padlock was reported missing. The loss was estimated at $1,000 in currency and checks. Included with that were some receipts.
