Two Houston men were arrested and face several charges after authorities discovered a 24-plant marijuana growing operation Monday night on Arthur Road.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Adam W. Bridges, 34, and Chad F. Yates, 27, face similar felony charges of endangering the welfare of a child, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. They are also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
“It was not a very sophisticated growing operation,” said Texas County Sheriff Carl Watson.
Both are being held at the Texas County Jail, Watson said.
