The Texas County Food Pantry will give away winter coats to those who need them.

The Texas County Food Pantry is seeking winter coats and blankets to replenish its winter supply.

The organization said it passed out 90 coats at its annual give-away and needs more children and adult heavy winter coats in good condition. The food pantry is also seeking new or gently used blanked.

The food pantry’s thrift store is open to the general public regardless of income. Free coats are available to children if needed.

Donations can be dropped off weekdays from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. To help with a donation, call 417-967-4484.
