Police are investigating a robbery at a gasoline station in Houston.

A Houston gas station was robbed Nov. 10 by a man who took a wallet from a Hocker Oil cashier.

Amber Kirk, 22, of Houston, said a young, white male driving an older model, large, white four-door car took about $195.

A witness saw the man push Kirk to the ground. Doug Cullen, 18, of Houston, pulled around and returned to the scene to aid the worker.

In other matters, police:

-Cited Stacy A. Fischer, 32, of 16650 Oak Hill Drive, with third-degree assault on Nov. 11. Fischer’s 29-year-old Houston sister was assaulted on Dooley Street, police said.

-Charged Travis Barker, 20, of 112 Redbud, with third-degree assault on Nov. 10 following an altercation with an 18-year-old woman.

-Arrested James Michael Wilkins, 35, of Granby, on Nov. 10 on four warrants from four different counties. All were for passing bad checks. Wilkins, according to a police report, checked himself out of TCMH ICU upon waking up from an overdose. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.

-Cited Heather N. Clinton, 23, 111 Sugar Maple Dr., with improper vehicle registration (expired) on Nov. 11.

-Were called Nov. 8 to Houston High School, where damage was reported to a vehicle belonging to Scott Roberts, assistant principal.

-Cited Amy L. Dunkin, 28, of 211 Grand Ave., #103, with disturbance of public peace at 211 S. Grand, Apt. 103, on Nov. 7.
