A Cabool woman sustained minor injuries Tuesday when her vehicle ran off Highway 38 at Fairview and struck a ditch and several trees.
Tpr. Myron Downey of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Sara J. Collins, 51, was driving a 2011 GMC Terrain westbound when the mishap occurred.
Collins, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. Downey said the vehicle suffered extensive damages.
