In three days, the Houston Lady Tigers lost a pair of games by seven combined points.
On Monday, Newburg squeaked past the Lady Tigers 58-55. Two days earlier, Houston lost 52-48 at Licking.
Erica Keeney had a team-high 20 points in the loss at Newburg. Alexa Ichord added seven points for the Lady Tigers (1-4).
Keeney had 12 points before fouling out Saturday at Licking. Haylee Kell scored eight.
On Thursday, Keeney scored 20 points in a 63-48 loss at Stoutland.
JV GIRLS: Alissa Bowlin scored 16 points and Sierra Weaver added 10 in the JV Lady Tigers’ 67-35 romp Monday at Newburg.
On Saturday, Bowlin and Sydney Cremer had six points apiece in a 23-13 win at Licking. The game was only two quarters.
Thursday’s game at Stoutland was also a shortened game. Weaver had seven points in a 15-6 win.
